Stretch Marks!

I have been lifting for a while now and a few stretch marks have appeared. What kind of lotion or any other products can be used to fad or get rid of the marks? Or is there anything that u can do about this?

Thanks for anyone's input!!

Try whatever you want, but I got them from child bearing and they're going to be with me for life. Your skin tears, how are lotions/oils/soaps/expensive creams going to really do anything after the fact?
I say learn to accept it,
(Ya, easier said than done! I hate my stretch marks, but I guess that's just the way my body is always going to be....)

Surfin Amy, i have quiet a few where the shoulder stretches out with the peck. There must be some creams that can be applied, becuase i have not yet seen a pro bodybuilder, imagine how much their skin grows, wiht stretch marks and thats like over 200 ifbb pro's. Their must be some proper cream to use, and i dont mean stretch marks from FAT, but stretch marks from TIGHT SKIN, Muscle Growth.

And the thing that makes it look different, becuase they look REDDISH, not like fat stretchmarks that are like your skin colour, these are like asif your blood is right there.

Anybody know the remedies to this?

Well, I've got both on my tummy, oh well. That has been there a long time, there is nothing that worked for me. Vitamin E is not going to un-tear the skin I guess.

One time 4 of us gals were at my cousins house and my aunt & grandma had ABSOLUTELY no stretch marks when they pulled their shirts up, but my cousin & I both had them when we did It was pretty funny we're all standing there showing our tummies to each other.

So, go figure, if your skin stretches out, then a big baby pops out all of the sudden (well, doesn't feel sudden in labor though ) what you going to do? No way are body builders going to gain that kind of mass like you do when you're pregnant! Ya, and your stomach is very hard and tight when you're pregnant, then right after you push it out your stomach is all smushy and stuff!!! Plus your boobs grow maybe 2-3 full cup sizes w/ your milk

Maybe there is a medical treatment or something, maybe someone can try to get on Extreme Makover or something, lololol

Some people are more prone to them than others are. It's got a lot to do with genetics. Whether you skin is stressed/stretched from fat, muscle or a baby it doesn't matter.
