Hey everyone, just like in the topic, whenever ive ever tried to stretch PreWorkout, i feel so relaxed and tired basically read to find a bed and crash out, i feel like just drained out.
But if i dont stretch PreWorkout, ill do my warmup set and then i'm off with full power. I stretch Post-Workout i find that doesnt have any effect on me, as when you are pumped it doesnt make me tired Post-Workout stretching.

everybody i think believes it is good to stretch before you train, but i just find it an impossible thing to do.
Need some advice!

or is Pre-Workout stretching not a big deal?
