That's a tricky one. For me it would as strong as a bull, being as I am naturally lean any way and quite ripped well ripped-ish. lol

Why limit yourself? You don't have to lift like a light weight to burn fat.

Mine wasn't there either. I wanted soft, shapely and feminine yet strong enough to carry a cartload of groceries to the car in just the plastic bags looped on both hands or be able to keep up with a running screaming 2 year old at play.

a welch, do you have any recent pics? The last time I tracked your progress was about a year ago, I'd really like to see how you've come along.

Working on a set now. A post bulk pic from 7/25, a 1/2 way through cutting pic on 8/25, a (hopefully) finished cutting pic to be done on 9/25. Then I'll post 'em, good-bad-ugly whatever.

I want a little of both.

I want the young jocks in the gym half my age to look at me with envy.

I want the newcomers to see my achievements as a goal they can strive for.

I want the young ladies to secretly desire me. If they openly desired me, the wife would whallop the tar out of me!

I'm a fan of not that big but strong/fit as a malley bull (guess I've resigned myself to the fact I will never be 'real' big ).

I look at a body type like Michael Johnson and think I'd like to be somewhere in that vicinity, obviously fit and healthy but with the ability to put up some big numbers (nothing competition worthy, just stronger than your average 180lb jock).

I reckon real strength should always be measured in relation to bodyweight, but that's just my humble ectomorphic opinion.

I think it shoudl be measured in relation to lean muscle mass.
