Does anyone do trisets ? In this program I am doing includes them. I feel so stupid running around the gym looking like a chicken with their head cut off. What benefit do trisets have ?

I believe they are just like supersets, i.e. you do the exercises back to back w/o a rest in between sets like you normally would, except with trisets you are doing 3 exercises consecutively instead of just two.
i guess your intensity level can be raised. However, if you're comparing them to super sets, the benefits seem diferent. With supersets you can work opposing muscle groups, and supposedly get better results that way. However, I dont know 3 muscles groups that'll oppose each other.
