ok, simply put;
20yo male, 63kg/9.11st ish.... fit, but not in shape.
i mainly do
cardio workouts consisting of either running or skiing machine exercise. iv started doin weights recently cos i want to tone up.
i use a maximuscle promax protein drink after each session and then again at some point in the day.
my problem is i see no improvment as far as definition and build goes.
iv been doin this kinda thing for about a year on and off but seen no change.
what can someone recommend for me to do?
i just feel its about time to see some shape.. should i start doin more weights instead of runnin etc??
