T Bar Row

: hello again all you iron mongers.
For years i trained in the gym but now train at home.
I can buy most things i need but could not find a T Bar row attachment.
I could buy a T Bar row machine, But this is expensive and not space saving.
I have made an attachment that will turn the old barbell into a T bar row.
Would anyone know how to market this or who to approach for help in marketing it.
It cost me about £2 sterlin which is about say 3 dollars to make.
All my friends have requested me to make them one.
They all agree they would pay like £10 sterlin say 15 dollars for one so profit would be good

Do them with a bar. Put it in the corner of a room and rack weight on one end and just hold and pull until the weight touches your chest. It should work the same.

I find these modern T Bars where you stand on the platform awkward as you, well myself, can't get a comfortable stance. I much prefer a T Bar on the floor where you can pull the bar to your chest nicely.

You could also try them one handed. They work really well, and for stability just rest your forearm on your leg.

I agree with using the barbell. That's how I do them since I don't have machines. I stand over the bar and row it from the floor to my chest, keeping my back straight. I've doone it one armed with the bar to the side as well.

I found that the bar lifts on the none weighted end and ruins the skirting on the wall floor level.
So this is a cheap alternative

You could always not put them in a corner. It shouldnt' move. Or you could put the collar clip on the end without weight so the bar isnt on the floor itself and it shouldnt move.

I will try that Mr VW as I like doing them with just an olympic bar on the floor with plenty of weight on one end.
