I was looking over The Beastly Arms Program (
http://www.t-mag.com/nation_articles/273acc2.html ) and was wondering if it would be possible to squeeze it in my 5 day workout schedule (weekends OFF).
My workout: bascially a push/pull routine with legs seperate.
M: Bis and back (pull)
T: CARDIO or rest
W: Legs and Abs
T: Cardio or rest
F: Chest/tris/shoulders (push)

My triceps are
still sore after my last workout (Friday, today is Monday) so I dunno if its a good idea. Also it says that the B. Arms program should only be done for 4 weeks at a time, which would make my workout confusing if I decided to do it exercise for exercise.
