If I could change anything, I'd like to have my stomach muscles show more. I can feel that they are there, just hidden a little bit! I don't have a lot of fat, but enough that it hides my stomach muscles so they don't have that washboard look to them. ( come to think of it though, even as a kid I never did have a washboard stomach) So, I guess I'd like to lose a bit around the waist.
I have been working out for years, but I have been making a big effort with diet in particular the past couple of years. People who have not seen me for some time have commented that I look leaner as they can see it in my face, so the routine I am working with does appear to have me losing weight...slowly. Having said that, I am
building muscle as I can see it.
It's the ripped look I am after for sure. My wife thinks I am big enough!

I am 42, 5' 10" 185 lbs. and I would say that I am pretty solid.

I currently work all major muscle groups so I get a full body workout, not looking to change anything really, just maintain and get more of a ripped look.

I eat the usual stuff talked about in this forum, low...high quality fats, quality proteins and carbs. Several meals per day and according to the Fitday program I take-in somewhere in the neighbourhood of 2500 calories per day.

I do 40 mins of cardio 3 times a week on an
elliptical machine and free weights on alternate days, 3 times a week with one day off.
I would very much appreciate any thoughts on how I can become more ripped or VanDammish!
