The Rock
I admire the Rock's physic when he comes on T.V. I admire every single muscle group of his. Does anyone know where I can find a work out schedule of His?

To answer you question: No I don't know where you could find his routine.
But i'd say that even if you could it wouldn't be much help. There are no secret routines that are gonna make you look like the rock. And furthermore, just cause one routing works for the rock and his naturally massive build type, doesn't mean it'll work for you.
Sorry to be off topic, but that's my $.02

I agree.
Besides, not only would you need The Rock's
training routine, you'd also need to get his steroid regime
+ his supplier's cell phone number...

The great one
Im like you ghost man, id have to agree that Rocks body has excellent symmetry, just a great all around physic thats inspiring. However like others id say it would be close to impossible to have that same look, Symmetry? yes exact look? no. None the less he was in Mens health and this is what he said his workout looks like at the moment:
Monday:
Chest,Back,biceps,calves 5sets 15-10 reps (30 sec rest)
Cardio: 5 min warmup
12 min high intense
5 min cooldown
Tuesday:
Quads,hams,shoulders,tris 5 sets 15-20 reps (30 sec rest)
Cadio: 5 min warmup
12 min high intense
5 min cooldown
Wednesday:
Chest,back,bis,calves 5 sets 12-15 reps (45 sec rest)
Cardio: 5 min warmup
12 min high intense
5 min warmup
Thursday:
Quads,hams,shoulders,tris 5 sets 12-15 reps (45 sec rest)
Cardio: 5 min warmup
12 min high intense
5 min cooldown
Friday:
Chest,back,bis,calves 5 sets 12-15 reps (60 sec rest)
Cardio: 5 min warmup
12 min high intense
5 min cooldown
Saturday:
Quads,hams,shoulders,tris 5 sets 12-15 reps (60 sec rest)
Cardio: 5 min warmup
12 min high intense
5 min cooldown
Just remember his routine is custom to his body, and that he also is cutting not bulking at the moment.Hope this helps you out, and give it a try to see how it works? Whats with the "NON" wrestling watchers giveing opinions on wrestlers doing roids? Stop hateing on people who have done there time, and lift some weights or run some cardio for a change.

Just to say a couple things:
PHYSIQUE is the proper spelling, not PHYSIC . Also, to get like that, without steroids, it would take YEARS AND YEARS, and even then you might not ever get that big. But good luck trying, let me know how it pans out.

Excuse me for being human and makeing a spelling mistake, although thank you for the correction Years and Years is what it takes for most to have a great "physique" anyhow. Everyone's not born with great features, yet it is possible. However im not here to convince anyone on how to feel or think so do as will.

The rock as been a big guy since he was 14. If you see pictures of him when he was 14-15 he looks like he is 22-23. He has been lifting since he was about 12 years old. The guy knows what works for him and his routine is custom tailored for his body.
Do not assume steroid use. A body like that is perfectly possible with years of work (Which he has) and a custom diet (He has a personal nutritionist that does nothing but make his meals for him). Im not saying the guy doesnt use roids, but to automatically assume so is wrong.

I dunno if one of those comments was aimed at me, but I never accused to Rock of roid use. Furthermore I may not watch wrestling anymore, but I used to and I agree that the Rock is a badass.
Lastly, the Rock looks like he's got some sort of pacific islander heritage in him, and some of those dudes (samoans for example) just naturally have great genes for getting huge. So once again, just cause the Rock with his genes can do one thing and get one way doesn't mean that routine will be the best for you.
You really gotta learn your own body type because there are no "best" ways that work for everyone.

that guy blatantly does roids, if you see old footage of him, you can see the water retention and man-boobs from the juice he was taking. He isnt very lean either.
that being said, he is a beast.

Look dude, when it comes to "Professional wrestling", one would be much more accurate to assume steroid use than to not assume it. The chances that most of those wrestlers are using roids is pretty good.
If I had to bet the house on one way or the other, Id bet he was/is. Sure, its possible. There are freaks out there with great builds and genes, but even with great genetics, it is pretty tough.
If he did it without roids, hey, thats awesome. But, like i said, if i had to place a bet, id bet he used them.

to accuse the rock of steroid use is pretty retarded in my opinion, the dude played football at miami, what does that tell you? he's been lifting forever! christ, of course hes going to be huge, dont just say he's on roids cuz he's a big dude. i'm not even a huge rock fan, i mean sure i like to here thousands apon thousands of the rocks fans chanting his name "rocky" "rocky" while he opens a can on someones candy ass, but cmon now.

When those guys reach a certain level its almost a part of the job. Remember they have to look good. That's what people come to see. Using steroids for those guys is like you and I taking a multi-vitamin.
