well i just spent some time over at t-nation and doing so greatly increased my understanding of the concept.

How would this compare to HST?

I don't know anything about HST other than that a lot of people like it and it is based on fullbody workouts. Give it a look. If I was training for size at the moment I'd give it a serious look.
