The Vaccum


That all mighty abdominal pose which Frank Zane abd the other golden age of bodybuilders used. Is it still in use today? It would be a surprise as most of them have abs way too over developed. How do you achieve the vacuum?

For it being used today i saw Richard Jones doing a vacuum pose dont know which pro show it was but the pics i saw it was recent, and its not abs way too over developed its Growth Hormone guts in which their inner organs and stomach is overly grown.

I do vacuums and advocate doing them as well. I just think most people are unsure of "how" to do them correctly or completely, or they may lack a certain kinesthetic self-awareness.
