Lots of great advice in here...

The one that applies most to me is overanalyzing/trying to find the one magical program.

I'm sure anyone who has been around here has seen many of the programs I've done over the last few years.

What before were magical words to me - metal militia and westside templates, wave loading, linear and conjugate periodization, etc. - are now nothing more than one of many ways to train.

The biggest change i've made in my training has been intensity. I don't even have a program for the most part anymore.

If I feel my lockout is weak, I'll train my tricepsmore than usual. If I feel that my lower back is holding back my squat, I'll do more lower back work.

Keeping it simple and intense has been the way to go, for me at least.
