This new song pumps me up!
I don't know if you guys have heard Duality by Slip Knot - its new and a pretty popular song. When I listen to it I just get fired the hell up.
So if anyones interested, give it a try, just trying to spread the pump.

i heard the song and bought the CD (Im a huge slipknot fan). i was surprisingly dissappointed. i have and love their other CDs (including MFKR) and after listening to the new one i was just dissapointed to say the least. some of my personal favorites from slipknot are surfacing, spit it out, sic, LIBERATE, end of everything, people=****. the drums about 2 minutes into P=S is amazing. i remember in highschool PL liberate was my deadlift song. i have never been so pumped in all my life.

Have you heard the Velvet Revolver CD? They kick ass! Its 3 guys from G n' R, plus Scott Wieland from STP.
Track #2 is the ****! You can definitely tell that's Slash on lead guitar!

Metallica - fuel
Metallica - Stone Cold Crazy
Metallica - Battery
Now that i think about it... most of metallica .
Godsmack is another good band for lifting. Slipknot is awsome. Limpbizkit's first album is very heavy. Mushroomhead and SOAD are others...

I listened to the Slipknot song... doesn't really do it for me. I listen to the standard pump up songs when I want to: Metallica, etc.

"Hokey Pokey" is good for aerobics. :
"Eye of the Tiger" from Rocky makes me want to get in some gray sweats, run the city, and have all the lemming children follow me until I lead them off a cliff.
