Tingling elbow

So today was chest shoulders and triceps day. When i was incline db pressing i got this weird tingling in my elbow. Then when i did dips i got the feeling again. What could it be? It wasnt painful, but i was afraid that my elbow would give out. Any advice on what it could be?

In most cases a tingling elbow is a sign of elbow tendonitis which means that your tendon strength is lagging in relation to your muscle strength. Nothing to be gained by working through it if it is bad enough. Better to work around it and change the exercises so you are not further aggravating it.

It will get better, and as your tendons get stronger, it will be less of a problem.

haha, i never said anything about me slowing down with my workouts. I just wanted to know what the problem was. All i knew is that something was wrong. Thanks for answering the question pierini. That definately makes sense. My strenght has been going up pretty quickly lately. So its nothing to really worry about, correct?
