Read what we're talking about Khaine. We not talking about excessive cardio. We're talking about low intensity cardio, around 20 minutes or so.:

Apart from the fact that he's talking about HIGH intensity cardio, I wasn't referring to the thread, but the excessive cardio debate in general, as Maxgain called it overhyped... Take your own advice, read my posts and pay notice where I say 2 bouts of HIIT is perfectly fine... It's even on this page...

Blahh...

Alright Khaine...I understand your use of the word excessive now, but please pay attention to the thumbs up at the end of my post. That meant I was not trying to be disrespectful, as you just were.

And I did forget we were talking about HIIT as opposed to low intensity. But I still think it's an overhyped issue.

I'd say my level of disrespect when saying you should take your own advice matched yours when claiming I didn't read... Also, a smile does not take away from the gravity of a comment... I'll refrain from underlining my point...

However, all this is completely irrelevant... We're all equals here, there is only disagreement... I have no problem with that... Most people who have adopted a stance are unwilling to let it go... That's perfectly fine as well... In the end, the answers will give themselves...

Obviously you don't understand when someone says they were not trying to be disrespectful by your comment of:

a smile does not take away from the gravity of a comment

A bigger person would have let it go at that.
