Hey Guys,
I did my first week of cursors 3 day split last week, and this was the first time I've focused big time on my triceps. I've been doing tricep dips for the past month but these
tricep extensions are something else.
Well they've been burning good now since last Thursay, and today is tuesday. If I try and put my arm behind my head they absolutely kill.
Thursday is my tricep day again. Should I still train it if it's hurting from the week before? It might be better by then, but I want to know what to do if it
still hurts. ie push it anyway, train with lighter weights, or just skip loading it at all.
I benched on the machine today for fear of dropping the barbell on myself :P
