Training for goal(s)-Question/Help

Hey people!
Alright- I'm 16
155 i believe. over 6 feet tall...um, he's what's happening
im maxing 160 on bench(very close to one 165). By the end of the trimester(beginning of winter or so) i wanna be benching 180(thats my goal)
My question is what are some good auxiarily excercises to train for such a goal(i.e. military press, rows, pull downs, tri workouts)...and of what reps?

Same thing goes for my squat and clean
squat now im doing 195/200- Goal is 220/225
clean is 115, goal is 135/145

So what should i do to reach these goals?
Help anyone? lol

To put it in its simplest form, eat well and continue to work on those lifts in the gym. Maybe try working in a lower rep range with higher weight and longer rest periods if you aren't already to help promote increased strength. Make sure you keep solid form, even when maxing out. If you don't you're asking for injuries.

I heard, too, that decline bench would work too...i think thats the name of it...reverse basically, you slowly lower te bar to your chest as slow as possible, and then push it back up, and slowly lower again...will that do well as well?

Thats promoting muscle failure, something you simply DON'T want when you are strength training.
