Hi All, just wondering if anyone has a nerve entrapment in the lower 4 and 5 vertibrae of the spine ?
I have and boy is it giving me grief of late.
Driving the car sets my arse cheek on fire and its a real pain.
Every 30 mins i pull over to stretch.

Do your stretches man. Perhaps some traction? Have you ever used an inversion table? What about DC or Chiro care?

I'd lend you my table but the shipping costs across that damn pond between us would be a bit high. You can get them online pretty inexpensively though...first try someone elses though and see if it's helpful to you.

Never had that particular problem though. My only back problems are an SI instability and occasional low back pumps from one of my meds I have to use from time to time.

My first wife did have what you've described though and it was miserable for her. The inversion table did help her some.

Don't blame you there. Surgery is nothing to take lightly. Pam had the surgery and was never the same for the rest of her life.
