i take melatonin and valerian root and i have been sleeping not longer but much deeper and dreaming more. Dreaming is a sign of your in REM sleep the deepest one.
Sex also is good for men but for women i have heard it actually wakes them up. Any women find this to be true? they did a study i forget where they came up with that conclusion. Women who had sex before the gym did better vs men who did did worse.
Also what i do for "white noise" is play an episode from a tv show i have already seen it seems to help me because there is no anticipation of whats going to happen. Lol if i play a new episode i have to stay up and watch it lol.
