Well, I can do that. Tonight was
lower body workout
. Tomorrow is Upper body/chest.
Speaking of lower body workouts..........
I increased my squats tonight to 325 lb! (oops: corrected a typo!)

225x5
315x4
325x2
I got my SLDL to 275 too!
135x10
245x6
265x6
275x4
