27/01/06: bench - 170; squat - 195 (wrapped); deadlift - 210; total - 575; need - 617; to go - 42

Well, I can do that. Tonight was lower body workout. Tomorrow is Upper body/chest.

Speaking of lower body workouts..........

I increased my squats tonight to 325 lb! (oops: corrected a typo!)

135x6
225x5
315x4
325x2

I got my SLDL to 275 too!

135x10
245x6
265x6
275x4

Oops! That was a typo. I increased from 315 to 325.
