turn up the intensity

for this summer im doing higher volume for each bodypart, this is what im doing know give or take a set

back-13
legs-14-15
bis-9
tris-9
shoulders-12
chest-10

for the fall, im thinking of knocking down the rest time(keeping the reps and sets the same 3-4 of 6-8) to about 30 seconds and lowering the volume down half for each bodypart. does that seem like it might give me better results along with a clean bulk diet???

I think you have too many sets for your smaller muscles like biceps/triceps. But you can give it a try.

I know people hate to hear this but, you really gotta find out what works best for you. Try this for 4 months, if you don't like the progress you have made (you will make SOME progress most likely), then make minor changes.

But you should really try something for a long period of time and stick with it to see how well your body grows from it. Don't try it for 3 weeks and then change it again.
