Meal 2 - 2 whole eggs + 4 whites, chicken sausage, 1 cup of oatmeal (650)
WORKOUT
Meal 3 - 2-3 scoops of whey, 70g of dextrose/maltodextrin (600)
Meal 4 - 8oz. steak, 200 cals of whole wheat pasta (super high fiber and protein) w/ olive oil (620)
Meal 5 - Turkey sandwich on high fiber bread (400)
Meal 6 - Chicken breast w/ salad, EFA dressing, and FF cheese, some tuna (500)
Meal 7 - 1 scoop of whey, 1 - 1.5 cups of FF cottage cheese, 4 oz. of low sugar yogurt, 1 cup of FF milk (460)

So just about 4000 calories a day. Funny thing is, I've been eating this on weight training days and eating about 3000 calories on cardio days, and I've actually lost a few pounds. Its insane.
why are you eating almost 1000 calories less on cardio days? then if you burn 500cal from cardio that puts you at only 2500 for your body to use, which is probably less than your BMR.

I've got a mate thats like that, when we are int he gym training, if his girflriend calls, they chat for like 10-15mins , and thats it , hes out of it, can't lift another set.. and he's a pretty big fella, just the phone call and that long of a rest totally ruins it coz his minds on other things.

Thast the idea . Sorry, forgot to mention I'm trying to get the "burn fat, gain muscle" thing working. So far its going really well. I've only lost 2 pounds over the course 6 or 7 weeks (haven't lost anything in the last 3 weeks) and I'm getting leaner every week. I'm going to try and maintain this til the first week of June for my honeymoon.

No, even death and decomposition wouldn't take off that much.
