Uneven abs development.

I started training seriously about a month ago and I am finally seeing some abs. What disappoints me is that they aren't developing evenly, e.g. I have a "checker board" pattern going rather than blocks sitting next to each other. Is this somehow fixable?

uneven abs 2

I have that same problem, is there a way to exercise more to even them up? If not? Will they stay like that forever?

They'll always be uneven BUUUT the bigger they get the less noticeable the discrepancy will be. It'll all look big and pretty to the untrained eye but sorry, all of us at discuss fitness know you have uneven abs so you can't hide it from us.

Eveyone's anatomy is not exactly the same. It just the way that you are built. When 6 pack is completed, it will look fine. Keep training as you are. You cannot "fix" this, it is not bad though.

Abs are not 100% symetrical so worry not and to have abs showing is great start.
