LMAO.

So should I use 2 dumbells at once, just use a heavier weight on the weak side? Or just shrug with the weak side and ignore the other? Should I throw out the upright row altogether?

Or just trial and error? :P

Shrug with the weak side's weight in both hands. If you want to upright row, make sure you aren't going so heavy that your strong side leads the way and gets higher. You could possibly even upright row with dumbells using the weight that the weaker side needs to use. I've never tried it though, so it may not work well. It's worth a shot to see how it feels.

All the time I spent evening up my arms...and I have it to do over again. BB curls for 6 months without dumbell work from time to time. My stronger side started taking over and got bigger again. We all have to contend with this issue to some extent with some body part.

How did post #1 and #2 become #3 and #4 in this thread?

I think someone was supersetting tricep kickbacks and concentration curls while taking a cell-tech/nitro tech stack and it tore a hole in the space-time continuum.

uneven muscle development??

So dudes.....my right trap is growing waaaaaaay bigger than my left one. Like, it's a pretty significant difference when I flex them. In fact, I don't even really feel like I can flex the left one, but the right one turns into a solid rock! I'm currently doing barbell upright rows....I don't see how one muscle can be doing all the work and the other one is just along for the ride.

Any thoughts?

Try dumbell shrugs using a weight to benefit the smaller weaker side the most, making sure that it gets a full contraction by trying to stick that shoulder in your ear. Better do something differently now before you end up looking like this guy.

That would really look funny on a girl.
