Starting the morning on the day before the test, start with some complex carbs for breakfast ... rice / pasta, and have a few eggs. Continue this in small portions throughout your day, only replacing the eggs for something else (another
protein source, preferrably longer digesting) and not the complex carbs...have one last big serving of
complex carbohydrates the night before with some healthy fats (a good serving of them too) ... take in some healthy fats 2 other times in the day too at smaller amounts. The morning of the day of the test, depending on when the test is in the day, have a big bowl of good cereal such as weetabix or such with some fruit, and protein ... carbs to protein should be around 3:1 respectively in this first meal... for the next steps I need to know when the test is in the day and in relation to when you get up and how much (exactly) time you have from breakfast to the test.
