I am new here. I used to think I had a good knowledge of working out. After being on here I am learning I am way behind. Is there any good sites you can recommend to me? I need to start figuring out what WOD, HIIT,etc. means. Thanks.

Thanks for the links. I saw someone at the rec center last week doing winshield wipers. That is amazing!

WOD is a crossfit thing, it's an acronym for Workout Of The Day - check the site Welch posted.

HIIT means High Intensity Interval Training, and it has been discussed EXTENSIVELY on this board - do a search, you'll be reading for 3 days.
