I don't understand... "teen size"???? Do you mean your pectorals are very undeveloped and you want them built just a little?

Umm... if you are starting out you could try wide-grip bench presses, incline/flat/decline dumbbell presses, or dumbbell chest flyes.
Bodybuilding.com has a massive collection of exercises for just about every muscle group.

Enjoy. Also, for breakfast I love making a bunch off egg whites along with 1 or 2 whole eggs, grits, and a protein shake.

Dips are good for pes too. Don't overlook them. Plus, they build the triceps too!

I wouldn't worry about getting huge pecs. Chances are, that if you don't have a decent sized chest right now, then you'd have to do some serious work to get it to be anywhere near "huge".
Train your chest heavy, and make sure you train within your ability to recover. Far too many people think that the routines they see in magazines and in articles written by pro's are the best way to train, when in reality, they will not work for most.
A simple 3-4x a week routine focused on heavy compound movements will work wonders for almost anyone.
Good luck.

No disrespect to u mial but ur 14!
sure other people on this board will say different but I think ur bit to young to be hitting the weights. You will end up damaging ur body in the long term.
If u wanna work ur chest do press-ups. U will defintely notice improvement in ur chest from doing these

Some visible difference is possible in about 8 weeks after beginning an intense program where you lift consistantly - at least 3 times a week - work the whole body during the week (don't skip legs or just concentrate on "mirror" muscles). You need to be lifting as heavy as you can get all your desired reps with too.
Don't worry about getting too big loaded with too much muscle. It just doesn't happen by accident. I've been trying to get there for 3 years and it hasn't happened yet...I still don't have enough.

Probably remembers the old wives tale that building muscle will stunt growth. Personally I don't believe it.
Kind of like the one that said if you want to build muscle don't have any sex. I didn't believe it either. Then ended up small and weak. OK, so maybe there is something to some of the old wives tales.

But it does make you small, frail and weak. I've got the pics to prove it.

I thought puberty was the point where a kid could start resistance training. Not sure why ... I've always thought that.
