Heya guys, excuse my post if there are any minors, but i have one big topic of concern.
Weight Lifting and Masturbation
I train 4times a week, and for a guy it is normal to masturbate / have sex. but what i'm concered is with
See when you train in the gym, say your Biceps, and then you go onto do either of the above mentioned, the Penis requires alot of blood, and im bit worried that it will reduce your effective BICEP workout for this example becuase the muscles need more bloodflow pumped into them, not taken away with masturbation/sex
What i want to know is if it has any
NEGATIVE effects regarding any workout whether it be Legs, Back, Chest, Abs, Arms etc.. , and where is the blood drawn from??
I think lots of ppl might want to know this but fear posting this questioN!!!! Please every1 input, im treating this seriously, not as a joke.
