Yeah, and I bet nothing turned on that "hot chick" more than waxing your back.

hehe orestes, it's for your own comfort, not for anyone else... it's in one's mind... i feel more attractive now, and therefore i ACT more confident, i ACT more attractive. that's what it's about - and same can be said about "i bet your big muscles turned on that hot chick" -- well, maybe not necessarily - but having them makes you feel more beautiful, more attractive... it's all relative and if something bothers you, why not act upon it...

and, I don't think I'm that crazy, cuz there are so many men getting rid of body hair these days

Bro if it makes you feel more atractive and comfortable then to what you gotta do. I dont have back hair so i dont knwo how i would respond to it. The only thing that gurls have a problem with that i have noticed is eyebrows. Gurls have told me a bunch of times to shave it but i dont feel comfortable about shaving it. Oh well.

If it makes you happy then do it to it!!!!

I've had my eyebrows waxed before... just to get rid of the unibrow (which I really didn't have in the first place). The wax was already hot from a girl getting it done before me and it was free so I figured... eh, what the hell. People can tell the difference though, and it doesn't look half-bad.

I just tried "Andre for men extra strength hair remover" (reviews at Drugstore.com are really good as opposed to Nair, which everyone says, sucks) - and it's awesome! I just did a little patch on my leg, took the hair right off, although basically it "melts" the hair - doesn't pull it with the root... But it's a quick, totally painless way -- and it doesn't irritate your skin or leave little bumps afterward... Will try it on my chest tomorrow, just for the heck of it

Either at drugstore.com or Amazon.com -- it's quite cheap - I think $3 per bottle that'll last you for a while - but you have to pay shipping. If you want to avoid that - on Amazon, buy stuff for $25 and get free shipping (assuming all of it qualifies, which this does)... They don't recommend using it on sensitive areas, but I've read somewhere that someone used it on his genital area and had no problems whatsoever. Just google for reviews of it and you'll come up on Drugstore.com...

Not bad.

The pain is very tolerable on the middle of the back, but it gets a lot less tolerable (for me, at least) the further out to the sides... and the neck line is pure, horrible, unadulterated pain!

The big problem for me is I break out the day after waxing, and it all lasts for a week. By the time it all clears up, the hair has started to grow back! I've tried several different waxers and I always have the same problem

If I was a guy and I had a hairy back, and probably be doing something to get rid of it! Sure, some chicks don't mind the gorilla-look, but smooth skin is always more appealing, IMO.

What do you guys think about men shaving their armpits? I've always wondered why more men don't do it....I've always thought that underarm hair was pretty nasty.
