I had sent a post titled "What am I doing wrong" a week ago, telling that something going wrong with my diet and training. Thanks to effective advices of Todd, Threenorns, Pseudonym and Maverick, I changed my diet, adjusted cardio and lifting balance. Yesterday, I was tested on Tanita Body Composition. Here are the results after 7 days:
fat% 10.8-9.5
Fat mass 7.8 kg-7.0 kg
FFM 66.7 kg - 66.8 kg
I didn't changed the amount of calories I take. I only replace milk and yoghurt (lactose) with eggwhites and lean beef. I also replaced banana with oatmeal and ditched
pre workout simple carbs. I dropped one HIT cardio session as well. I realized that being active all the day I don't need too much cardio to burn fat.
