What am I doing wrong? - Results

I had sent a post titled "What am I doing wrong" a week ago, telling that something going wrong with my diet and training. Thanks to effective advices of Todd, Threenorns, Pseudonym and Maverick, I changed my diet, adjusted cardio and lifting balance. Yesterday, I was tested on Tanita Body Composition. Here are the results after 7 days:

fat% 10.8-9.5
Fat mass 7.8 kg-7.0 kg
FFM 66.7 kg - 66.8 kg

I didn't changed the amount of calories I take. I only replace milk and yoghurt (lactose) with eggwhites and lean beef. I also replaced banana with oatmeal and ditched pre workout simple carbs. I dropped one HIT cardio session as well. I realized that being active all the day I don't need too much cardio to burn fat.

Thanks guys again for the advices

way to go mate.

I am guessing if after only 7 days you're at 9.5-10.8%BF you did not have that much to start with (this is not to diminish my encouragement for your decision to get your diet and training sorted BTW).

Good work, keep it up, look forward to hearing about your results further down the track.

Last week I was %10.8 and after 7 days (now) it is %9.5

I only workout for two months and was %20 when I started
