Question

What goals are reasonable to set??

So how should I measure my progress? My goal is hypertrophy, so what should I expect my progress to be like? I know it's always easy to go up fast in the beginning, and then progress tapers off, but how do I know if I'm making good progress or not? I, obviously, am not satisfied by anything ever, but that fact aside, what are some quantitative measures that I can look at? People say "set goals" - well, I can set a goal to look like the governor of California, but I know that ain't gonna happen, and so what am I aiming for? What are realistic goals? Can anyone tell me? I want to somehow gauge my progress, but against what?

Take a picture front back and side, scale weight and bodyfat% once every 3 months. take a look at yourself note what changes you want to make and then check to see if you are obtaining your goals. if you arent making progess take a look at diet and daily/exercise routines and see if you can make some changes.
