Treadmill isn't a weightlifting routine. And calves are an exception as some lifters are lucky if they can get their calves to grow an inch in their life .
Stop nitpicking,

Yea, I pretty much consider myself a rookie..... Only been lifting for about a year and a half and seriously for a year, but I've always had pretty high intensity and what appears to have been too much intensity according to more experienced people I've consulted later..... And if the general consensus around here is that this is way too much to handle, then it probably is...... We'll find out soon enough tho.....
Just started this program today btw and man, for somebody who's never done sets with less than 10 reps, the feeling of 4-6 rep sets is something brand, spankin new...... I mean, the burn was pretty much absent but the pump was SENSATIONAL..... My chest was tremendously large after the workout and in all honesty, I can't say I feel terribly depleted yet..... Not to the extent that I won't be able to do this for a couple more weeks anyway..... But like I said, we'll find out soon enough.....
Highly doubt I can do ANY exercise with ANY rep range and ANY intensity and make gains tho..... If that was the case, I would've ben swole as hell now.....

I'm afraid not. Haven't had any for months. At some point Geoff plans on assembling a new set. In the meantime ...
It's always great to come across a quality post by you, Tuna.

Sarcasm alert!!!
I know I have not been around much, since the "dropping" I have not had much to say here. Ya know, not even a "thank you" at any point from Geof. I put a lot of my 20-plus years of training experience out here for all (as have some of the other former mods) to have for free; for Geof's financial gain and none of my own.
It was a valuable lesson. Later.
Tuna
