I was wondering if there is any logical explanation for this: When I first started
lifting weights, I performed 3 sets of 8,6,4 reps. I was flat bench pressing 185, 195, 205 for 8,6,4. Then just recently, I switched my routine for ligther weights of 3 sets for 10 reps each. Now, when I
flat bench press 135 I am exhausted. I feel weaker using lighter weights then I did when I was heavy. I do not care about how much weight I use because I do understand form is more important, this is just so weird and I was wondering if anyone knows why this happened? :confused:
