What is the real importance of Cardio/Aerobics?


i kno its good for the body and the heart and thats it necessary for endurance.....but what is its exact benefit on bodybuilding? Does it give u more endurance to lift longer or what?

I find that when my cardiovasular system is in shape... I can go longer and harder in the gym, especially leg workouts. Less time between sets, etc.

Also, you'll recover faster from a workout which means you'll be building muscle at a faster rate.

When it comes to fat-loss I personally feel that weight-training is more effective, although cardo is very good for cardiovasular health, and all around fitness.
