I too just take the
cheat meals as they come. I tend to be pretty strict during the week when I am in the routine (work, gym, home etc..) and then at the weekend i am more flexible. On sunday i had a
cheat meal because it was mothers day so i went to lunch with my mammy.. and i had a peice of cake.
If you are 'cheating' by just eating more calories but 'clean' food, then i would say have them on the sunday as it is your heaviest training day, or as you say saturday so you will have more energy sunday then
