What does your workout regimen look like? What is your program for feeding your body?

I hate to ask this but you are female right?

If so just keep at it. Once you've got a good base of 3-6 months working with weights you can push yourself harder in intensity.

You will speed up your metabolism if you break those into much smaller, more frequent meals like 5-6 mini-meals per day. Try it, you might reach your goals.
