which routine is better?

Monday:
Chest
Biceps

Tuesday:

Calves

Thursday:

Triceps

Friday:
Legs

or

Monday:
Chest
Back

Wednesday:
Legs(calves too)
Shoulders

Friday
Biceps
Triceps

And figure abs and stuff whenever I feel like it. I dunno maybe theyre about the same, but the second looks to work out opposing groups which I suppose could be better. I'm going to adapt one of these and choosing which is the dilemma of the century so if you got any wisdom it would be appreciated. Or if you got a better routine for bodybuilding leaning towards strength training I'd appreciate that.

Second split is horribly uneven in terms of muscle size, and total muscles being worked.

First split is much better.

i agree that the first is better. i think you should do legs on thursday and triceps/shoulders on friday though, just to leave more your upper body some more resting time between workouts. also, if you do that, maybe switch around calves with biceps.
