Why Do I Bother?!!!!
I'm sick and tired of people who insult me from forum to forum saying how I ask stupid questions . Please refer to diet and nutrient topics. Well excuse me but isn't the reason why we have these forums is so that we can learn and share information, hey?! Please regard this a plee not an insult.
Just remember the old Chinese proverb....A man who asks, is fool for five minutes, A man who never asks is a fool for life.

Who put you down for asking questions?
As long as you aren't asking the same ones over and over there's no such thing as a stupid question. We all had to learn at some point, and we are all still learning no matter waht experience level we're at.

ROFL you start another topic just to complain.
Get over it man, you use the start new topic button too haphazardly.

i haven't had a problem with his questions. i always tell ppl to use the search function, but let's be honest: very few ppl (including the regulars) do.

Sure you ask a lot of questions but as long as they are sensible there is no problem. Even if it has been discussed in the past as long as it s not a common topic discussed and agreed on over and over there is no problem in reasking or if you want to question it. There are new members joining almost daily who can give a fresh view. I for one have been to boards and seen topics finished where the information was totally wrong. I also dislike boards where they believe it has all been discussed and the biggest worries are overhyped supplements that will probably be gone or forgotten in a few months and forget about tweaking the golden principles- not implying anything about this board of course
Also what does ROFL mean I am seeing it all the time now especially by Threenorns?

I have noticed that DarkAngel has not replied to any of my topics. Not to imply anything, just merely noticing the obvious. Anyway let us forget this silly thing. No hard feelings.

I'm not here to bash you Dark about the acquisition of new knowledge, but honestly man, take a step back and just evaluate your activities on this forum.
While it is good to ask questions and that's the way everyone learns, the forum isn't your journal and writing everywhere every miniscule thought you have is not always the best way of going about doing things.
Starting this topic is just another example of my point.

As for not posting in your threads, i choose to generally post only in threads with debates.
I usually ignore stuff i believe will be answered by other people.

Ha ha ha ha. lol Oh no there is no showdown. Sometimes I do get carried away in asking things. Simply because I'm hungry for information. But please never insult myself ( if it was) or anyone else on these forums. many to which I have been on they do. Tsk tsk!
Be Knowledgable.

threenorns while "YES" searching for previous posts 'might' be faster, but a) that would mean less forum activity
b) peoples opinions and views change over time, refined, etc... so you want the most up to date opinions
so that might be one reason why 'I' don't use the search function that often, unless its something 'odd' that im after. :

The only reason i don't tend to search first is because the search results are not realy accurate!
And most people are usually more than happy to answer my question!

a very good point, I may be retarded (a very good possibility of that in fact ) but whenever I use the search function I get mostly useless results that happen to contain one or two instances of one or two of the words in my search phrase (using boolean operators and " " things doesn't seem to make any difference).
in future just ask me, I know everything so ...

Another thing about the search function is that if you a noob looking for something you might not know the right terminology, which can be specific for many things, and this would make a search close to useless.
