Im makin an effort to loose fat. My diet, cardio and lifting are fairly disclipined.
Im cycling my carbs and using protein and efa's only.
I usually do 9 sets per body part (8-12 heavy reps) except legs.... my question is,
how come when I do Chest , Biceps or Legs I feel like I look flabbier and more fat????
I mean my muscles feel so tight/inflated from the inside that they might
burst but once i drink my protein shake I kinda feel like im gettin more fat.

I would say it's mental. There is nothing going on in your body that is making your bodyfat % go up after lifting unless you are eating a huge meal and even glycogen stores would largely be refilled before there would be significant fat storage going on. And if that was happening you couldn't feel it. Maybe it's because after the tight pumped feeling after lifting diminishes you are returning to normal but it 'feels like' you are getting fat & flabby? Either way. Don't worry too much about it. You're not getting flabbier after lifting, you just feel like it.

It's normal, don't worry about it unless you are making zero progress. Sometimes my muscles get totally worn out and feel squishy even when I try to flex. Other times, I can't even flex them and they look flat and useless. It's only cuz you just worked the crap outta 'em lol. After a day or two that bigger look and solid feel should return.
yea it sorta feels nice after my muscles are tight and pumped but I guess the fat that was already covering it feels like its hanging more.
I know a good diet and PWO nutrition is important. I just wanted to know if this is normal thats all. I TRIED drinking gatorade after my workout for the dextrose but i was gaining fat instead of loosing it after a weeks trial.
Im jus gonna stick to good protein and complex carbs.
