interesting aside, Koreans wear normal day attire in the gym, you'll see guys in dress pants and/or jeans crankin out the reps. Mostly they have a different shirt to change into afterwards, there was a guy didn't even take off his suit jacket the other day, was certainly different.
Thinking of getting some sleeveless shirts to wear and as summer comes I may switch to shorts (but that is extra washing )
Another interesting aside: our gym over here is a strictly no shoes affair, everyone is in bare feet or socks ... OH&S is yet to hit this place in a big way

Where are u in Korea? Yong-in univ? I've heard tkd training there is insane. Man u must be good, with being 6.1 tall at 140lbs

I wear t-shirts (sometimes sleeveless, sometimes not) and shorts (above the knees for leg work, below for non-leg work).... Really, it's usually related to how much conditioning we'll be doing after, and right now we're doing heavy conditioning every day (4x a week) so I'm wearing as many sleeve-less shirts as i can find. I very rarely (if ever) wear anything for the cause of vanity, because I lift at 7 am in a hot, steamy weightroom full of high school football players...

I like to be as comfortable as possible, so I always wear sleeveless shirts or tank tops and wind pants in the Winter months, or loose fitting shorts at or below the knee in the Summer. I just got some racerback tanks for my birthday which I really like. :

Ever since I took Men's Health's advice (white t [slightly fitted], striped ADIDAS shorts, low socks), I've felt much sexier.

Nah Kyung Hee univ
TKD training here varies between 'omigod i can't breathe' intense and 'what the 'F' am I doing here I could be watching TV and getting a better workout ... usually get at least 3 good sessions in a week, just depends on the instructor.
And yes I am very very good.
BWAHAHAHAHAHA
if I had any semblence of flexibility or coordination that might be true but I don't so I'll let you fill in the blanks
And I am gonna wear shorts to the gym today ... public service notice !!DO NOT LOOK DIRECTLY AT THE THIN PASTY WHITE LEGS, EXTREME REVULSION/BLINDNESS MAY OCCUR!!

I used to wear a baggy t-shirt, but the past year I've been wearing a tight-fitting tank-top. I'm not going to lie, I like showing off my arms and the tattoo on my upper back. I also like to watch my muscles working when I work my arms. I find myself more motivated when I can see the progress I'm making aesthetically.
