Work work out

I am knackered. My new job involves shifting kegs full and empty around and dear god is it fun. Full kegs weigh in around 170lbs or 77 kg. Empties I'm guessing are about 15 kg. I tend to take 4 empties at a time and bent over row then walk the full ones around. Not hard on its own, but do 20 of them 4-6 times and then couple in the rest of the job which includes all manner of unweildly lifting and I'm getting an interesting workout. My core is loving the twisting and bending, whilst my shoulders and traps love the upwards pulls.

Ah the joys of sleep from a job which knackers you physically.
