Working chest every four days.

It's weird, but I've been working chest every four days (2x weekly). I've gotten better results than working chest once a week. Of course, I decreased my volume (sets). 2 exercises (incline barbell and flat barbell bench press); 6 total sets. Is it because the pecs are a medium-sized muscle group?

yeah i agree with abar. some people here seem to think that once a week is the best way to train for everyone, which is simply not the case. maybe you're just starting to find the right formula for your body, which is great.
