What does your time schedule look like?
Do you want to do 5 days a week or three?

What are your goals? Stats? How long have you been training?

I want to workout upper and lower body as well as my abs. I want to do sprints as well. My goal is to get as big as possible. I want to gain muscle mass. I would like to have a three day schedule and run sprints in between.

Do a full body workout on M-W-F concentrating on the compound exercises. Squat, deadlift, bench, chin, row, press. Go as heavy as you can for 3 sets of 5 to 8 reps per set. Do not train to failure. On your off days you can do your sprints. Pick a distance to sprint (say, between telephone poles) then slowly jog to the next one. Do this for 20 minutes. It will be a good workout
