would like to try westside, but....

I found an old post by Monstar, in it he posted a basic westside routine.

The problem is my gym doesnt have some of the equipment for doing it. So im wondering whether I should substitute in an exercise I can do, or forget about westside altogether.

Glute Ham Raises

Board Press

and technically I dont have a box to do box squats, but I guess a bench would work in that case.

I never use a box for box squats, i juse a bench and lower it, I feel it's much more stable in a situation where say I hit the "box" to hard, the normal box on my gym would fall and so would I, the bench give more stability.
