My arms fall about 19 and change closer to 20 now and here is a post from Feb when I had to get a new uniform.

Awesome Jaster
anywayz, I think my strongest point would most likely be my quads. And my biggest as far as appearance would probably be...oh who am I kidding, their all equal...:/. maybe my chest or tri's but not really.

I think my abs are my strong point. Being a gymnast, I work them almost everyday, and because I naturally have an athletic build, I have an easier time building muscle there. But I think I'm pretty well-rounded.
