My strong point is my arms, my weak point is my chest, as far as size goes anyhow.
It was kinda funny one day when this guy told me i needed to hit my chest harder cause my chest wasn't as big as it should be in proportion to my arms.
I responded with, well I weigh 150 and can put up 275 (this was a over a year ago) so i don't think i'm slacking too bad on my chest workouts...lol

im very well proportioned because of my height. i think my triceps and my traps are the most outstanding though... my chest would be my favorite by i have puberty induced gynocomastia so i dont like to show my chest.

My chest is the exact opposite. Due to shoulder injuries, I can't press much weight on the bench press. My chest, however, looks very strong thanks to a big rib cage and decent pectoral muscle mass. Most people at the gym must think I do lots of warm-up sets! :

I was actually just talking to a guy in the gym today about this. My middle back and my triceps are both huge. I was complaining that my bicep size is not proportional to my triceps. I due weighted dips with a 100lb plate and my triceps just bulge off my arms, I wish the rest would hurry up and stop slacking. My traps are finally starting to pop out which makes my chest and arms look bigger because they are pushed out.

Appearance wise I don't have a particularily good point. Strength wise, I guess my best improvements have been my back and my calves.

Weakest points (appearance and strength) are chest and abs. Speaking of which, got to go work them right now.
