not to be sarcastic, but GO to the GYM!!! watch what some others are doing with free weights and ask questions! starting a good weight
training program will help stabalize your bumpy weight situation and tone up your whole body!

If you eat whatever you want you won't see great results, like Timbers said... try to remember this Food is FUEL, the better fuel you put in the better your body will run... check out the diet and nutrition forum and look at the 'sticky' threads at the top for some great places to start about good fuel / nutrition.

Im mainly looking to drop weight fast and tone up i own the pilates tapes so i guess doing those will help.I kinda just wanted to know if pushups and situps help at all.

first I would take the word 'fast' out of your vocabulary when It comes to toning up and losing "FAT", key word being fat here, you can lose weight easily by sacrificing muscle, but who wants a skinny, flabby body? If you start going to the gym you have a membership to you won't need to do pushups, of course situps, (or crunches like Timbers suggested), should remain in everybody's workout plan somewhere
