Some small suggestions if you don't want to completely overwhelm yourself.

10-15 minutes of high intensity aerobics, is just as effective as 45-60, but will leave you with a lot more energy for lifting weights. The calories burned aren't as important as the next 23 hrs of higher metabolism (which you get with just 10 minutes).

If you are not a veggie person, just start with the yummy ones. I normally wouldn't suggest corn with some butter, but damn if it isn't tasty. And that's still 3-4 times better than a baked potatoe with sour cream and butter. Pretty soon it's yum veggies, not eww veggies.

Amkey, you should NEVER do cardio before weights! If you must do both the same day, always to your cardio after.
