I have been working on my abs for years. I can feel great abs, and can see some, but not as much as I want. Does anyone have any fabulous tips on really defining them?? My big problem area is lower abs. I've been told it's impossible because women just have belly's , is this true???? :confused:

Since body fat can cover quality abdominal muscles, consider adjusting your diet to encourage for increased fat-loss. What does your current eating pattern look like? You do have a plan ... right? :

I've just had so much trouble with them. Even when I was way underweight and you could count my ribs, my abs still didn't show. I did them every day and they just didn't get better. I'm feeling pretty hopeless.
It is almost all diet not how much you train them.
ya, just gotta lose the fat....easier said than done.... I guess if you were underweight and they didn't show that would be a different story....
