After Losing Weight

Hi Everyone....

I used to weigh 67kg and over a period of about 1.5 yrs I am now weighing about 53kg.

I don't know to really explain myself, but on some parts of my body ie, stomach area I have what I call 'looser skin'... For eg, for someone who always had a flat stomach their skin is tight.. Because my stomach section always carried the fat, it's not as tight as a normal person's stomach. Is this because I need to tone my stomach more and one day it will look tight and normal? or is it just what happens when you lose weight around a certain area that used to hold a lot of fat?

Okay I know this all sounds weird, but someone's gotta understand what I'm talking about... Can't wait!! :

okay, that's common. you're right - the skin is looser in those areas and they'll take quite a while longer to tighten up again because your skin isn't very elastic.

give it a good two years before deciding whether or not you want to go with surgery to tighten it up and do NOT waste your money on creams, lotions, and potions that promise to "tone and firm your skin" because they don't work. save the money for a nice vacation.
